When you do take this few more minutes, it will not help you to be less tired, it\u2019s actually the opposite, it sends a signal to your body and mind that you don\u2019t want to start your day, and it will effect you negatively throughout the day.<\/p><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\"><p dir=\"auto\"><b>Start Slow:<\/b>\u00a0Dedicate the first 10 minutes of your morning just for yourself. If necessary, wake up 10 minutes earlier to allow for this. Rushing through your morning routine can elevate stress levels, so beginning with a calm approach is beneficial.<\/p><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\"><p dir=\"auto\"><b>Deep Breathing<\/b>:\u00a0Sit comfortably straight and engage in slow, mindful breathing. Focus on your breath. You can choose from various breathing techniques, such as belly (diaphragmatic) breathing, box breathing, or alternate nostril breathing, depending on what resonates with you.<br \/>3-5 minutes of this practice serves as a wonderful reset and relaxation method.<\/p><\/li><li dir=\"ltr\"><p dir=\"auto\"><b>Connect with the Sun:<\/b>\u00a0Take a moment to gaze or be outside. Our bodies follow a circadian rhythm, and exposure to natural light in the morning helps activate and synchronize various bodily systems. Fears often prevent us from fulfilling our life\u2019s destiny and have a significant impact on our overall quality of life.
